By accessing, browsing, or using the DuneSkyline website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform.

2. About Dune Skyline Tourism

Dune Skyline Tourism LLC is a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We provide certain Experiences directly and also facilitate bookings for Experiences operated by independent third-party suppliers (“Suppliers”).

3. Nature of Services

Depending on the Experience:

• Dune Skyline Tourism LLC may act as the direct service provider; or
• Dune Skyline Tourism LLC may act as a booking and facilitation platform for third-party Suppliers.

The applicable role will be indicated on the Experience listing or booking confirmation.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete booking information.
• You agree to comply with all rules, instructions, and safety guidelines provided.

5. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices, inclusions, and schedules may vary based on the selected Experience.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations, modifications, and refunds are governed by our Cancellations & Booking Modifications Policy.

7. Changes, Weather & Force Majeure

Experiences may be altered or cancelled due to weather conditions, safety concerns, governmental restrictions, or events beyond reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Dune Skyline Tourism LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from any Experience, whether provided directly or by a third-party Supplier.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
